One set of aerial footage. A whole campaign.
FORA needed six months of content for every channel they use. We built it from a single set of drone shots, plus a toolkit their team can keep using.
The brief
FORA runs premium flexible workspaces across London, the UK and Germany. They handed us aerial footage of their London portfolio and asked for a campaign to run through the first half of 2026: paid social, display, their website, member emails, sales decks, print and the screens inside their own buildings.
The challenge
Aerial footage is made for one big, wide shot. A campaign needs dozens of formats, and it has to stay fresh: run the same ad for six months and people stop seeing it. FORA also wanted to test which versions worked best in each market.
What we made
Two animated elements, developed with FORA's team, that sit on top of the footage:
- A location pin that can sweep across the whole portfolio or land on a single building.
- A text ticker that carries the message.
We tested both for legibility at small sizes and at scrolling speed. Then we cut every edit for its own format and placement, rather than cropping one master to fit.
Delivered
- A large set of campaign assets across paid social, display, website, member emails, sales, print and in-building screens
- A reusable toolkit for FORA's team, with variation built in for A/B testing
The result
FORA launched with a full set of campaign assets and a toolkit that keeps the campaign fresh beyond launch week.
Most campaigns peak on launch day. This one was built to keep going.
